Ive had this pipe for several months, and I must say I am very disappointed. At first I was thrilled by the quality workmanship and function, but it quickly became barely functional and unreliable as a lighter, no amount of cleaning and fussing would make it fire up more than 1 out of ten clicks. I gave up and used a torch to light it and that was fine until all three of my glass inserts broke, I would not recommend this product

Ordered on friday, received less than a week later, and they even called and emailed because the original color I ordered was out of stock, and as soon as I emailed that I wouldn't mind a blue one instead, they had changed the order immediately. Excellent customer service & response time! Will buy from again!

It isn't just that glass on metal intereface with no buffer between them. No. It is also that the fusion of the glass bowl to the hollow glass rod is fragile.
Fragile connections break easily even when one is highly aware and cautious. If one knew to consider the glass pipe that goes inside the 7Pipe Pro to be a disposable item then one could be considered informed. Once air can no longer be drawn due to blockage in the bowl- it's done! Remove. Replace with new glass pipe. Plan on buying a dozen or more for that first month so you CAN enjoy continuous use of your shiny new 7Pipe Pro.
I did attempt cleaning the one that didn't break during normal use. I fumbled it. The glass pipe. When it was nearly clean. The fusion point failed. Another broken one.
